More importantly, for you to gain weight rapidly, it is advised that you should eat 3 large meals and 3 small meals everyday. That is equal to six meals daily with an interval of 180 minutes each. This approach is patterned to the amount of time your stomach needs to digest the food completely. Remember always that eating raw fruits and veggies is very crucial to gaining weight. To be healthy, you need a good supply of vitamins and minerals and fruits and veggies can provide the need.
