Easily prepared foods – Eat food that is simple to prepare but does not involve opening a bag of chips. Make yourself a large sandwich full of veggies and a little meat. Also, it’s a good idea to include some low-fat items, like nondairy cheeses and more. You’ll want it to be simple, but not too simple. Canned foods that claim less fat should be avoided too. When there is sugar in something, there is fat, and many canned foods contain a lot of sugar-based ingredients.
Salads should be eaten – Try a simple dish like vegetable salad for lunch or dinner. Any vegetable you like can be added, such as lettuce, potatoes, onions, tomatoes, etc. Use anything that promotes a healthy lifestyle. You won’t want to only eat this though unless you’re planning on being a vegetarian. This dish is a great example of a quick one that can be eaten in large amounts, which is better then eating meats and junk food.
