helping your health and your bunk bed
I sleep on a bunk bed every night and it hurts my back. This bunk bed is specially made to alleviate pain but I needed to work on it to make it worthwhile. I started off by buying new bunkie boards and slats to support the mattress. Then I upgraded my futon mattress to a high performance model with extra cushion support. After a while my back pains went away and I snored so loud my wife told me to shut up. Lots of friends ask for advice to improve their bunk beds for their children. I give them the same tips and it works every time. take your bunk bed and add an extra mattress. This makes your bunk bed a lot healthier for your back and spine. The second mattress lets you roll over and not sink into the padding. It arches your back during those restless nights and gives you a lot more cushion. I love this method, as other bunk beds I have slept on hurt me night after night. My wife agrees, she owns a full over full bunk bed and uses this style of two. It costs a little more, but it is well worth your initial investment. I went ahead and got a couple more wooden bunk beds.
