Eating healthy portions of well-cooked meat – Meat contains plenty of bacteria when it’s raw, so make sure that it’s cooked enough so the bacteria isn’t passed to your unborn baby. So just don’t eat meat that isn’t cooked well enough. So your body doesn’t gain too much fat, eat a little bit of a smaller portion of meat.

Don’t eat food that’s raw – While raw foods are great for people trying to lose weight, they aren’t good for pregnant women. This includes raw milk and raw cheese. So if you eat sashimi, you may need to give it up for a while. There may be bacteria in these foods that aren’t good for your unborn child.

Don’t eat frozen food. Some of those frozen products are pre-made frozen pies or tv dinners. Remember that whatever you eat, your baby eats. So, only eat good foods. You should consult your doctor if you have any questions about your diet because everyone’s needs are different.
